How it works
An hour that feels like a reset.
HBOT combines increased pressure with 100% oxygen, raising the oxygen dissolved in your blood so it can reach tissues throughout the body. Here's how a plan comes together at Sync.
The four-step Sync process
Step 01
Consultation
Our medical staff reviews your goals and health history and determines whether HBOT is appropriate for you.
Step 02
Treatment plan
A physician sets your protocol — number of sessions, session length, and pressure — based on your needs.
Step 03
Treatment
After a safety check, you settle into the chamber and can rest, listen to music, or relax. Staff monitor throughout.
Step 04
Follow-up
Our team reviews your response and coordinates next steps or reports back to your referring physician.
What the chamber feels like
Our hard-shell chambers are transparent, so you can see out and staff can see you, with two-way communication throughout. You can rest, listen to music, or nap. The most common sensation is ear pressure during pressurization, similar to an airplane descent. A typical session runs 60 to 90 minutes.
